YourBusiness Loft Co. was founded in 2009 by J. Smith, a carpenter and site manager with a simple belief: that every homeowner deserves a loft conversion built to the same standard he'd want for his own family.

What started as a one-man operation grew into a tight-knit team of specialists — architects, structural engineers, carpenters, electricians, and decorators — all working together under one roof, on every project.

We don't use sub-contractors for the core build. The same faces that come to your survey are the ones who'll be on site every day. That means continuity, accountability, and a finish we're proud to put our name to.
