Do I need to book in advance?+
Walk-ins are welcome but booking ahead means we can prioritise your job and give you a more accurate turnaround time. Drop us a message first and we'll get you booked in quickly.
What if you can't fix it?+
You only pay the diagnostic fee (£35). We'll tell you exactly what's wrong, what it would cost to fix, and whether it's worth repairing or replacing. No hidden charges.
Can I supply my own parts?+
Yes — bring your own RAM, SSD, GPU or any other component and we'll fit and test it for a labour charge only. We'll confirm compatibility before starting.
Do you work on laptops?+
Yes for software issues, virus removal, OS installs and data recovery. For hardware on laptops (screens, keyboards, batteries) it depends on the model — ask us and we'll let you know before you bring it in.
Is my data safe?+
We treat your data with care and never access personal files unnecessarily. If a job risks data loss we'll always back up first or warn you in advance. Data recovery is our speciality if the worst has already happened.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+
Yes — all repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the work carried out. If the same fault recurs within that period we'll look at it again at no charge.
