Our story

BUILT ON WORD OF MOUTH

YourBusiness Plumbing was founded in 2014 by John and Sarah, a husband-and-wife team with a simple idea: do great work, be honest with people, and never cut corners. Ten years later, nearly all of our new work comes from customer referrals — and we think that says more than any advert ever could.

We're a small, family-run business. You'll speak to us on the phone — not a call centre. The engineer who quotes your job is the one who turns up to do it. And we genuinely care whether you're happy when we leave.

All engineers are Gas Safe registered, fully insured, and committed to the same standard of work whether the job costs £80 or £8,000.

Our values

These aren't buzzwords on a wall. They're the things that get us a call back from a customer five years after the first job.

Honest Pricing

Written quotes before any work starts. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice — unless you ask us to do something different. We won't add extras without discussing them first.

Clean & Tidy

We leave every job the way we found it — or tidier. Dust sheets down, mess cleaned up, tools put away. Your home is your home, not our workshop.

Qualified & Insured

All engineers are Gas Safe registered, G3 qualified where required, and covered by £2m public liability insurance. Certificates issued on the day, every time.

We Back Our Work

All labour carries a 12-month guarantee. If anything we've done causes a problem, we come back and fix it. No charge, no arguments. That's the deal.
